Selling our beloved old craftsman and upgrading to a.... hopefully better area with a larger house.. who really knows what... OK now we just need to buy something... please?! (all while in a pandemic, with a small child, amidst the of running a small business) was like jumping off a cliff into an abyss of uncertainty. Like top 3 scariest things of my life.

So, if agents are like guides for this insane thing called real estate in Los Angeles, Nellie is a requirement. DO not attempt to do this without her. Nellie is very possibly the person I have met that is the best at her job...in the world. She is excellence. She executed the prep and sale of our home with absolute perfection. I literally cannot say I can complain about one single thing. She exceeded our expectations in every way...not just with the sales price but in the process itself. Nellie is not going to pressure you into any decisions that she wants you to make. She genuinely and truly gets joy from the process and trusts that things will play out as they are meant to. This was a major comfort and completely low pressure situation as much as one can have selling a home in the LA market. It was easy to just listen to her and trust her experience and everything really did work out the way she said it would.
